At Mohr, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted leather goods safely and promptly. This shipping policy outlines our delivery options, processing times, and shipping costs for orders within Pakistan and Canada.
PAKISTAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-4 business days
- Other Cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote locations. Mohr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for Pakistan orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Standard shipping rates apply as follows:
- Orders within major cities: PKR 200-300
- Orders to other cities: PKR 300-400
- Orders to remote areas: PKR 400-600
Free shipping is available on orders over PKR 7,500 within Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. Payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready or sufficient change available.
COD Policy: All COD orders are subject to order confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours of placing your order, the order may be cancelled. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
Courier Partners
We work with reliable courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, and M&P Express to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using the courier company's tracking portal or contact us for assistance.
CANADA SHIPPING
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada, including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping destination, weather conditions, customs clearance (if applicable), and carrier delays. Remote or northern locations may experience extended delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Approximate rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: CAD $10-$15
Carrier Partners
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and other trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery across Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking portal or contact us for assistance.
Duties and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) as required by Canadian law. No additional duties or customs fees apply to domestic Canadian orders.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Mohr is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in Pakistan, we may contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order details before dispatch. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be notified. Reshipping will require the customer to pay additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at mohrleathers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Mohr is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your shipping address or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at mohrleathers@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
