All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.4 Minimum Order
A minimum order value of $15 CAD is required for all purchases.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
4.3 Payment Security
All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
4.4 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Costs
- Canada: $15 CAD flat rate shipping
- Pakistan: 150 PKR flat rate shipping (FREE shipping on orders above 10,000 PKR)
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination
5.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
5.3 Delivery Time
- Canada: 3-4 business days after processing
- Pakistan: 3-5 business days after processing
- International: 5-7 business days after processing
- Total Order Time: 3-7 business days from order placement
5.4 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
5.5 International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. MOHR is not responsible for packages that are held, returned, or refused by customs authorities.
5.6 Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most economical and efficient option at time of shipment.
5.7 Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- 30-day return window
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 3-4 business days of receiving returned item
